Pirate Show Cancun reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the date or time of the service without incurring additional costs or penalties.

The person who pays for the reservation must be present the day of tour. Official ID is required, as well as the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase. You must show your ticket or receipt for the tour (digital or print).
Transportation must be booked no later than 1:00 pm the same day of the activity, in order to guarantee the service.
Tax of $20.00 USD per person, not included in the price of the tour. This tax is paid at the entrance of the activity.
