Dear customer, it is important to consider a dock tax of $20 USD per person. This fee is to be paid directly at the ticket office when you collect your boarding passes.
• If you request transportation from Riviera Maya or Cancun (only upon request), payment will be made directly at the ticket office.
• Please bring a printed copy of the confirmation sent by email, an official ID, and the credit card used for the purchase. Kindly arrive at the Terminal Marítima de Punta Sam, SM 86, MZ 21, Carretera a Punta Sam Km. 4.5, Zona Continental de Isla Mujeres, 77400. Cancún, Q.R., México, 30 minutes before to collect your boarding passes.
Transportation
• If you need transportation from any location, it is essential to pay for it directly at the ticket office.
Child Pricing Policy:
• Children aged 5 to 11 pay only half the regular price, plus a $20 USD dock tax.
• Children over 12 years old are charged as adults, plus a $20 USD dock tax.

• New Year's Tour, there are no refunds
• Packages: Once one of the two activities has been completed, there are no refunds for the second activity.
